**Introduction**

Welcome to CATERING & MORE BY JANICE. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our catering services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

**Definitions**

- "Client" refers to the individual or entity booking our services.

- "Services" refers to the catering services provided by [Your Catering Business].

- "Event Date" refers to the date on which the event will be held.

**Services**

[CATERING & MORE BY JANICE offers a variety of catering services, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, private parties, baby showers and other special occasions. Specific services will be detailed in the client’s quotation.

**Quotations and Estimates**

All quotations provided by CATERING & MORE BY JANICE are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and include the cost of food, labor, equipment, and any other specified services.

**Bookings and Deposits**

A deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is non-refundable and must be paid within 7 days of receiving the quotation to secure the event date.

**Payments**

Full payment is required 14 days before the event date. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, money orders, cash. Late payments may incur additional charges.

**Cancellations and Refunds**

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a 30% refund of the total cost, minus the deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.

**Event Changes**

Any changes to the event date, location, or guest count must be communicated in writing at least 14 days in advance. Additional charges may apply for significant changes.

**Menu and Allergies**

Menus must be finalized at least 10 days before the event date. The client is responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions or allergies. CATERING I& MORE BY JANICE is not liable for any adverse reactions to food consumed.

**Liability**

CATERING & MORE BY JANICE is not responsible for any damages or loss caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to, weather, venue issues, or acts of God.

**Force Majeure**

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without liability. A full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

**Client Responsibilities**

The client is responsible for providing accurate guest counts, ensuring access to the venue, and complying with any venue regulations.

**Health and Safety**

CATERING & MORE BY JANICE adheres to strict health and safety standards. We will comply with all applicable health and safety regulations during the event.

**Dispute Resolution**

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.

**Governing Law**

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida.
